We meet up once a month to review our team goal progress, re-align goals to our latest priorities and give feedback to the other teams on what worked, what didn’t and the direction we are moving in. It’s our main in-person connection point, and after that we have lunch!
Quarterly Team Success workshop

Once a quarter we do a more in-depth team success workshop where we focus on how to collaborate effectively, taking into account individual communication and personality styles.
Weekly team meetings
Online
Well-structured meetings done online with check-in rounds, clear agenda items and the space to explore interesting ideas, as a team.
Technical 1:1’s
Online
A weekly catchup with your manager to discuss any interesting challenges you are facing, and get direct support to solve them.
R&D Sessions
Online
A monthly team R&D session to brainstorm new ideas, new technology and new ways of building world-class business processes for SMEs. A time to think outside the normal.
Teach Learn Share (TLS) Sessions
Online
A monthly company-wide session where one of our teams shares something interesting they are working on, a challenge identified or a problem solved.
Development Catchups
Online or In-person
Quarterly review sessions to discuss role and career progress with your manager. They examine the challenges, successes, and opportunities experienced by the team member and discuss how to leverage the Creative CFO platform to grow personally and professionally.
Team Getaways
In-person
Together with our quarterly catchups, or at any good time, we organise team events and getaways. From time in the mountains to Ninja park, we’re always looking for ways to relax and connect as a team.
